Out of college back in 1982, I had a degree in economics from Stanford and absolutely no interest in using it the traditional way. I wanted to be my own boss. I wanted to build something. So I went into the billboard business, which seemed kind of stupid at the time.
But it worked out pretty well. I ended up building the largest privately owned billboard company in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Along the way, I made some enormous mistakes. I had terrifying moments. And I documented every single one of those pitfalls so that you don't have to repeat them. That's why we created the Billboard Boot Camp.
Here's what most people don't realize about billboards. The rates of return are insanely high if you know what you're doing. A simple wooden telephone-pole billboard on a small highway can generate $4,000 to $5,000 in net profit per year. You only rent them once a year, so it's about as passive as income gets. Stack up 10 of those and you're pulling in $40,000 to $50,000 a year. Double it and you're at six figures.
If you prefer the big metal monopole signs, the numbers get much larger. $20,000 to $50,000 per sign per year.
But you have to know how to do it correctly. The Billboard Boot Camp takes you from zero knowledge to virtual pro, and it's all on video so you can watch it at your own pace.
